Pay by Invoice is now Business Credit Account

We're excited to share that we have renamed Pay by Invoice to Business Credit Account. This new name better reflects what this payment solution offers — payment terms tailored to business needs:

"We believe this name will help business customers discover and benefit from this payment solution."

What's changing (and what's not)

The name is changing , but everything else stays the same. If you're currently using Pay by Invoice, your account will automatically update to Business Credit Account. No action is required. All settings, preferences, and features remain exactly as they are. All the features you rely on continue to work the same way:
 

•    Your existing payment terms and purchasing limits remain unchanged
•    Invoice delivery preferences stay the same
•    Group settings and user permissions are preserved
•    Payment methods and processes continue as before

What to expect

Current Customers: You'll see the new Business Credit Account name reflected across your account over the coming weeks.  Remember — only the name is changing, not your account functionality. 

New to Amazon Business?  Eligible customers will receive an email invitation to set up your Business Credit Account. Set-up takes just minutes, and you'll be ready to start purchasing with payment terms tailored to your business needs.
 

•    30-Day Payment Terms Without Upfront Fees: Streamline cash flow and simplify your business purchasing process — no interest or fees when you pay on time.
•    Centralized Invoice Management : Access real-time visibility of invoices, account balances, and payments in one dashboard and self-service tools for payment allocation and account reconciliation.
•    Multi-User Setup and Spend Visibility: Set up multiple users and groups within your organization , each with dedicated purchasing permissions. Monitor spending across your entire team to maintain budget control.
