You asked, we answered. Prime Business is expanding user limits across multiple plans worldwide, addressing one of our most common member requests. Now, it’s even easier for organizations to extend plan benefits throughout their teams, aligning with our commitment to provide flexible, scalable solutions that grow alongside our members’ businesses.

Enhanced user limits across multiple tiers

We've increased user limits across several Prime Business plans. Duo (meant for sole proprietors with a personal Prime membership) and Enterprise (unlimited users) plans will maintain their current structures.

  • Essentials plan: Expanded from 3 to 5 users
  • Small plan: 10 to 20 users
  • Medium plan: 100 to 200 users

More team members can now enjoy Prime Business benefits, including fast, free delivery, without upgrading to a higher-tier plan. This expansion allows organizations to extend purchasing capabilities while maintaining robust spending controls.

Maintain spending oversight

While expanding access, administrators can remain confident in their complete control over purchasing behaviour through enhanced data visualizations afforded to them through Spend Visibility, findings that will inform Guided Buying budget optimizations. Organizations can still establish and enforce purchasing policies that align with organizational preferences and requirements.
